Your privacy is a priority for Aura. This document explains how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our personal assistant through WhatsApp and our website, in full compliance with Brazilian law.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

Encryption and Confidentiality of Communications

We ensure that all interactions with Aura through WhatsApp are protected by end-to-end encryption. This means that only you and Aura can access the content of the messages, ensuring complete confidentiality in accordance with Article 7, item II, of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014).

Information Collection and Security

We request personal information, such as your name or routine-related data, only when necessary to provide personalized assistance. We collect this information through fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

CRITICAL NOTICE

We never request sensitive information such as a Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF), identity document (RG), or banking details directly through WhatsApp. If you receive any such request in Aura’s name, do not provide the information.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

When you interact with Aura, message data is processed to provide contextual and personalized responses. By using the service, you agree to the processing of this information for assistance purposes and to improve the user experience.

Payment Methods and Transactions

All financial transactions and the collection of billing information are carried out exclusively through specialized and secure third-party platforms. Aura does not store or have access to your credit card information or banking passwords.

Compliance with the LGPD

Aura processes personal data in accordance with the principles of purpose, adequacy, and necessity established by Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the minhaaura.com website or using the Aura assistant through WhatsApp, you agree to comply with these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use or access the service.

License to Use

You are granted permission to use the Aura assistant for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

  • Use the assistant for illegal or abusive purposes, or in any manner contrary to public order;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer Aura’s software;
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
  • Transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Disclaimer

Aura is an artificial intelligence-based assistant. Although we strive for maximum accuracy, all materials and responses are provided “as is.” minhaaura.com does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for decisions made based on interactions with the AI.

Limitations and Financial Security

Under no circumstances shall Aura or its suppliers be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the assistant. Payments are managed by external platforms, and users must ensure that they are in an official and secure environment before entering financial information.

7-Day Guarantee, Refund, and Cancellation

Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), for purchases made online, users may exercise their right of withdrawal and request cancellation of the plan within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date.

Cancellation within 7 days: if the request is made within this period, the plan will be canceled and the user will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid.

Cancellation after 7 days: after this period, amounts already paid will not be refunded. Access to the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

How to request it: cancellation or refund requests must be submitted through Aura’s official support channels, along with the information required to identify the purchase.

Changes to These Terms

minhaaura.com may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts for any related dispute.
